Pick the description that sounds more like how you typically deal with conflict, arguments, disagreements, tension, etc. If neither is a perfect fit, go with the closer one.
Everything is anonymous. No accounts or sign-ins. The next page lets you enter a name if you want one for the final report. And if you're just trying it out, there's a "test run" option to flag your response.
There's no back button so once you select an answer, it's locked in.
